YRCI awarded contract to support USGS ER AGB
Reston, VA (January 2010) – YRCI CM&P received an award to provide acquisition support for American Reinvestment and Recovery Act (ARRA) contracting at the U.S. Geological Survey (USGS), Eastern Region Acquisition and Grants Branch (ER AGB). YRCI has supported the USGS ER AGB since 2006 and looks forward to extending our support to ARRA contracting.
YRCI receives extension for work at DOT MARAD
Washington, DC (November 2009) – YRCI CM&P received an extension for its work supporting acquisitions at the Department of Transportation (DOT), Maritime Administration (MARAD) in Washington, DC. YRCI CM&P has supported MARAD since 2007.
YRCI receives extension for work at DOT FMCSA
Washington, DC (November 2009) – YRCI CM&P received a six month extension for its entire team supporting acquisitions and cooperative agreements at the Department of Transportation (DOT), Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA), in Washington, DC. Our team recently received kudos from FMCSA staff for their end-of-fiscal-year support.
YRCI receives extension for work at Navy
Millington, TN (November 2009) – YRCI CM&P received a two month extension on its contract to provide acquisition support to the Navy Installations Command, Facilities and Acquisition Branch (N944C) in Millington, TN.
YRCI awarded contract to support FDA
Rockville, MD (October 2009) – YRCI CM&P was awarded a contract to closeout expiring contracts for the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), Office of Acquisitions and Grant Services (OAGS) in Rockville, MD. The FDA OAGS is faced with the challenge of closing contracts in a timely manner in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation. Closing out large contracts is a very complicated process which requires expert knowledge of the contract closeout process. YRCI CM&P responded by providing a senior-level Contract Specialist extensively experienced in closing out large and complex contracts.
YRCI receives award to support USDA NRCS
Beltsville, MD (August 2009) – YRCI CM&P was awarded a contract to provide the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) with services in the areas of grants management, pre-award acquisition planning, source selection, contracting management support, and operations and management support for the issuance of grants, contracts, delivery and/or task orders, modifications and other contractual vehicles. This contract serves both the USDA NRCS headquarters in Beltsville, MD and NRCS offices in all 50 states. Many of the grants and contracts YRCI professionals assist with under this contract are Recovery Act-based.
YRCI awarded BPA to support FDIC
Arlington, VA (August 2009) – YRCI CM&P was awarded a contract to provide the Policy & Operations Section of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC), Acquisition Services Branch (ASB) with acquisition support services to assist in identifying and developing or revising acquisition policies and procedures, developing job aids, and creating and presenting staff briefings and training materials associated with the acquisition function. The Policy and Operations Section of the Acquisition Services Branch (ASB) of the Division of Administration is charged with the responsibility for the creation, implementation, and direction of acquisition policy for FDIC and operational support when necessary. The initial task for this requirement calls for two YRCI Procurement Analysts, but the scope of this contract also includes providing lifecycle acquisition support services to FDIC locations nationwide.
YRCI awarded BPA to support NIST
Gaithersburg, MD - (July 2009) – In response to a major influx of Recovery Act funds, the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST), Acquisition Management Division (AMD) issued a solicitation for acquisition management support to industry providers. YRCI CM&P responded to the solicitation and was subsequently awarded a Blanket Purchase Agreement to provide full lifecycle acquisition support to NIST AMD as they award contracts resulting from $610 million dollars in Recovery Act funds. NIST executes its primary mission to promote U.S. innovation and industrial competitiveness by advancing measurement science, standards, and technology to enhance our economic security and way of life. YRCI was subsequently awarded a task order under this BPA for 12 Acquisition Experts.
YRCI expand support to GSA
Fairfax, VA (July 2009) – In partnership with a small business partner, YRCI CM&P was awarded a contract to provide acquisition support for the General Services Administration (GSA), Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) program. For this Recovery Act requirement, YRCI CM&P recruited and deployed acquisition professionals in New York, NY; Philadelphia, PA; Kansas City, MO; Fort Worth, TX; and Washington, DC.
YRCI and LMI awarded VA Contract
Fairfax, VA (March 2009) – YRCI CM&P, along with its teammate LMI Government Solutions, has been awarded the Global Integrated Product Team Support contract with the Department of Veterans Affairs, Center for Acquisition Innovation (CAI) Business Services Office (BSO). YRCI CM&P’s team will provide the Department of Veterans Affairs, Integrated Product Teams (IPT) with facilitation support inclusive of acquisition subject matter expertise. IPTs are created for all acquisition activities in excess of 5 million dollars. The work will be performed throughout the nation in support of the VA’s buying activities that include medical, construction, cemeteries, and IT.
Integrity and YRCI awarded GSA BPA
Fairfax, VA (March 2009) – YRCI CM&P, as a major subcontractor to Integrity Management Consulting, was awarded the primary Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to provide acquisition management support services to the General Services Administration (GSA) in all 11 GSA regions that cover all states and territories. YRCI CM&P will provide support that includes acquisition planning, acquisition document development, proposal evaluation assistance, contract administration, contract closeout, acquisition policy support, and competitive sourcing support. This BPA will also be used to support specific projects related to the American Recovery and Reinvestment Plan of 2009
Contract with USDA Expanded
Fairfax, VA (March 2009) – YRCI CM&P was awarded two new orders to expand its support of the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Farm Service Agency (FSA). YRCI CM&P has been providing the FSA with procurement support services since 2005, and is extremely pleased to take on these additional requirements.
YRCI and Addx to Support VISN
Fairfax, VA (March 2009) – YRCI CM&P has partnered with Addx Corporation on a recently awarded contract to provide acquisition and contract management support to the Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN) 16/South Central VA Healthcare Network. VISN 16 covers a vast area of 170,000 square miles, serving veterans in Oklahoma, Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi and parts of Texas, Missouri, Alabama and Florida. More than 445,000 veterans annually seek care from VISN 16's ten medical centers and 37 community based outpatient clinics. As a veteran-owned company that has served the VA since 2004, YRCI CM&P is very proud to continue and expand its support of the VA.
